Weekend Wedding Packages Include:

Tent option:

We do have a 40 x 60 with sides that can accommodate 240 people for the open air patio/tent pavilion area for the rental rate of $1,200.00. We offer patio heaters for $75 each to make sure your guests are comfortable at all times!

Event coordinator option:

Event coordinator and additional staff option to help make your wedding event enjoyable, beautiful and memorable! At a rate of $3.50 per guest

Two to three months prior to your big day the event coordinator will schedule a meeting to go over your arrangements. This meeting will take approximately 2 hours where the event coordinator will go through the final details of your rehearsal and wedding day. The event coordinator will discuss vendors, guest counts, schedules, rehearsal dinner, ceremony details, cocktail hour details, dinnertime details, tent/barn layout.

2 weeks after this meeting the event coordinator will provide a cad layout for the dining area, cocktail area, dance floor, etc.

On Thursday, if you are renting the tent option you can have access to the property from noon to 8 p.m. to make sure your tent is set up for your Friday noon arrival time. The event coordinator and additional staff will help supervise this process up to a 2 hour window scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

On Friday the event coordinator and/or additional staff will make sure the tent and tables are set up for your noon arrival time. The event coordinator and/or additional staff will also be available for 1-2 hours for an on-site ceremony rehearsal, go over the next day details and decorations and be available to assist 1-2 hours for the rehearsal dinner.

On Saturday the event coordinator and/or additional staff will provide the following:

  • Arrive at 9 am - 10 am to place linens on tables, set up gift tables.
  • Work as a liaison or the point person for all vendors including caterers, flowers, service staff, music arrangements, photographer, etc.
  • Orchestrate and oversee the timing and flow of the ceremony, cocktail and dinner.
  • Be on site from 9 am to 12 am.
  • Assist with the golf cart and tend to special needs and elderly
  • Help with all miscellaneous needs and answer all guest questions and needs throughout the evening
  • Watch over bathrooms and cleanliness of the areas
  • Direct guest from parking to ceremony, to cocktail and dinner
  • Assist with bonfire
